Ugh, to me the premise is fucking stupid. It's a comedy about a kid who gets his teacher pregnant. If it was a male teacher and female student it wouldn't be a comedy, so why is it funny when the roles are reversed? Fucking Hollywood.

  2. #32

Oh that's the actual premise? Shit, nevermind then.
When I'm not watching comedy, I like watching The Artist and The King's Speech.

Sometime this week I'll have to watch Airplane! again.
I saw Dinner for Schmucks in the theaters, and I just caught the beginning of it on Comedy Central on Sunday. I really liked it, and it might be in my top 10 favorite comedies.

Also, I love Airplane, too. It's probably right above Dinner for Schmucks.

    Kick-Ass 2
    Monsters Inc. 2
Oz: The Great And Powerful (Prequel)
    Prometheus 2

Alright, Monsters, Inc. 2 is not happening, it's actually a prequel called "Monsters University". I'm slightly looking forward to it, just because it's Pixar.
Avatar 2 sounds interesting, Captain America: The Winter Soldier looks good too. Hangover III. First movie was AMAZING, second was okay but copied the same story with situations, so I'm worried and excited for the third one. They said they're not doing the formula anymore.

@Knightboat and @Startug That's My Boy wasn't that bad...if anything I'd say it's one of the better Sandler movies in recent years (IMO, everything after "Click" was garbage)
    How to remaster

Well, then when I get some more hard drive space, some time, I'll check it out. I didn't expect to watch The Campaign. It wasn't terrible, but it really wasn't too great either.

I saw Click again a couple days ago.
Who would've thought that an Adam Sandler movie would be one of the saddest movies I've ever seen?

still looking forward to Iron Man 3. really much so.

Monsters U. is probably going to be good. I find it kinda funny some people are mad about the fact Boo isn't in it; it's about Mike and Sully in University, BEFORE they met Boo. How would it be possible for her to be in it? I could see her having like a cameo or something somehow just to please the people upset about her not in it.

Is anyone seeing The Hobbit at midnight? Or ever? One of my friends has been waiting for this movie forever.

I might see it at midnight, but I'll probably just see it the opening weekend.

Also, I just realized how close the names Mike and Sully are to a certain showrunner we all love.

Also you should change your location to Middle Earth.

Has anyone seen the movie "Taken"? I just bought it on a whim because I've heard quite a few people rave about it.

Yes. Hobbit 2: The Desolation of Smaug and Hobbit 3: There and Back Again.

And to Frightened Inmate, are you sure? I could swear that at least the third one is still in its pre-production

Well when Peter Jackson was on The Colbert Report he said that they had finished shooting all of them.

Don't take it too seriously. It's pretty dumb but an alright action flick.
