Why producers and writers of earliest years of The Simpsons don't still work on the show?

I think the only producer or writer who worked in 90's and still work for the show is Al Jean. Nor Mike Reiss, nor David Mirkin, nor Bill Oakley, nor John Weinstein, nor Jon Vitti, nor Jay Kogen. Not even Matt Groening. The question is: why?

Probably they was tired and they decided to leave it. But everyone of them, still tweet about the show and talk about it. Altought they have others proyects, most of his followers are with them for The Simpsons. Why they left the show? Some of them are in Disenchantment now. Is it more profitable than The Simpsons? Is better for his career?

I KEEP TELLING YOU THEY ARE 73 YEARS OLD AND ARE DEAD.

REAL ANSWER THOUGH: Most leave to do their own thing (Like Brad Bird, Rich Moore, Conan O'Brien, Greg Daniels) others probably dont want to be in the same show for decades because it can be tiresome, if i remember correctly Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein felt they could not do it anymore (they even say four of their last episodes are not as good as they wanted)

I think it's really simple - they have nothing left to give creatively so why stay?

wait, wasn't David Silverman there since the beginning? oh wait he's an animator. You know when the tonight show fiasco happened, I secretly hoped that Conan would return to the Simpsons

it would be nice if he wrote an episode.. he made a shitload of money from that tonight show fiasco and I think he's really enjoying his show, he makes the most of it.. meeting interesting people and joking around, I'm not sure how he'd fit in with the writers of today.. none of them have his wit. okay, maybe I just happen to share a similar comedic style with him .

not to mention he's doing stuff that NBC wouldn't allow him to do (like go to Comic-con)

Like others have said before, it feels kinda obvious that most wanted to move on to other things, whether it's because of a feeling of not having more to add or because wanting to try something new. Not everyone wants to work on the same show for such an extended time and rather expand their talents to other projects (and the show really has lent it's former talent to a lot of pretty good to even great things). If most of the crew from the early days would still be there to work on the show it would be really odd and very strange.
