Well, the people at my school freakin love the show, and the ratings are doing good enough to possibly get rid of Ugly Americans or Futurama, so...crap.
I saw the Squabbit episode randomely on wednesday, and I'll admit its more grounded and funnier, but it still suffers from the problems I mentioned before (stereotypical characters, animation), and is just a bad flash Drawn Together combined with Tosh.0s racial humor mixed in.
Just because I'm stupider than them, they think they're smarter than me!

    It's not...

    this is much worse.

    MUCH worse.

I have no idea why, but I actually like the show. It's gonna get cancelled anyway though, mainly because they'll run out of material too fast.

I could see it lasting for quite a while. The show seems to be doing all right in the ratings for now, and it's most likely cheap to produce. I give it 3 or 4 seasons before either the creator's run out of ideas or Comedy Central just isn't interested anymore.

If you're referring to Family Guy, it's probably because FOX and Seth MacFarlane are in a relationship together.
If you're referring to South Park, it actually has reasons to do so due to its satire, but some of the new ones have been quite weak in that.

it's safe to assume that if i'm being critical i'm referring to Family Guy. South Park gets off the hook for being able to use wackiness to make intelligent points

I doubt the show'll last longer than two, maybe three seasons. Even then, at least it's going longer than Sit Down, Shut Up.

I may find it watchable, but I can't even see it reaching three seasons. Who on earth would want to syndicate this? It's the sort of show I can see being demoted into an ad-supported web cartoon when the network gets fed up with it. As someone said above, they will run out of material, and the audience will be nowhere near as sympathetic as they have been in the decline of longer running / previously good quality cartoons. The only way I can see three seasons is if it suddenly becomes desirable to air a cartoon which descends into plain racism, sexism, all the -isms with absolutely no satirical purpose - because it will, being as the original form of Brickleberry is basically Seth meets Yogi in a homophobic comedy club.

Sit Down, Shut Up was actually intelligently stupid. Brickleberry is thrown around all over the place.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I actually am the head administrator of the Brickleberry wiki.

What doesn't have a Wiki these days?

  22. #80

Well, it wouldn't be a wiki if nobody was editing it. The owner just made it and never did any edits with it, so I took over and made it as my own.
Home Movies Wiki isn't a wiki as nobody cares for it. It's just empty space.

Looks like we got more stereotypes, gay bashing, and racism to look forward to!

    Faith in humanity...dying...dying...dying......gone...

I can't even watch the show. I can't stand most cartoons that feature talking animals nowadays, but now, with all the annoying jokes punched in, it feels like I've watching some Crash Canyon/Family Guy hybrid. Which is terrible.
My Favorite Episodes: Homer's Barbershop Quartet, Itchy and Scratchy Land, Homer and Apu, Burns' Heir, and Rosebud.
My Least Favorite Episodes: Elementary School Musical, Lisa Goes Gaga, Kill the Alligator and Run, Saddleshore Galactica, and The Ten-Per-Cent Solution.

In all honesty I kinda got into this show later in season 1 and it was bad but it was still better than Crash Canyon as some one above compared it to (imo Crash Canyon is one of the worst shows of all time).
And the episodes are about as good as average to bad Family Guy.

Also I love how silent the audience is and how bad the questions are.

Yeah, the whole thing was probably made more awkward due to people hoping to see Daniel Tosh.
