    Post some amazing movie scenes

No more than one YouTube video per post, to help the loading time on this thread.

    Ready, go!

This is Ben Affleck interview scene from Boiler Room. It's obviously pretty inspired by the famous Glengarry Glen Ross scene with Alec Baldwin (they reference it later in the film), but I always really loved this scene. I can't imagine going to a job interview like that.

Here's the pharmacy scene from Magnolia. Witness as Julianne Moore successfully chews the scenery! But, I have to admit, as over-the-top she is in the whole movie, it's kind of amazing to watch.

And to round out my triple-post of profanity-laden clips, here's another Paul Thomas Anderson movie clip, this time from Punch-Drunk Love. This is near the end of the movie, so spoiler warning if you plan on seeing it later and don't want some of the plot ruined.

Another spoiler warning. This ending floored me when I first saw it, one of the best but most depressing endings of all time.

Joe Pesci at his best. This scene reeks of paranoia, a very intense scene to say the least.

And finally, we all know about the boot camp scenes from Full Metal Jacket, but this one is very underrated. Kubrick loads this scene wtih dark humour. I love Kevyn Major Howard's facial expressions as well.

One of my favourite scenes from the best movie of all-time. Tim Robbins is just pure wonderful

That's definitely a great one. I really love the fan version where they re-enacted the scene using stuffed animals.

Before this thread disappears to the dreaded second page (where threads go to die), here's a classic.

Hopefully this one stays on the first page, if not I'll revive it!

And now a John Hughes riff:

I can't find the first part of this scene, it's too bad this entire scene isn't available in one video.

From Telstar:The Joe Meek Story, I love this scene, it really shows how mad and meticulous a recordproducer Joe was, plus there's a great song too.

Look up Joe Meek, he was a fasctinating man.

Okay, time for some special effects wizardry, this film still gets CGI right over 20 years after its release.
