That's an ignorant thing to say cuz WiiU has higher hardware specs then 360/PS3
NSMBU is a cashcow 2d Side Game. They didnt really go all out like they do with the 3D Titles
Check Rayman Legends...that is a better demonstration of what the WiiU can do

It is still bullshit. It looks very pretty. Compare it to the PS360 2D platformers (note: won't take long) and, aside from the bland artstyle, it looks just as good if not slightly better.

hey would you mind shutting the heck up? or at least actually contribute something to the discussion other than quick smart-alecky one-liners? It's fine if you don't think NSMBU is a good game, but we get your point already.

Personally I think NSMB U looks very pretty, particularly in the backgrounds. I still think the Galaxy games trump it though, but it's probably apples/oranges.

The Galaxy games have much better art direction. Can't wait for the 3D Mario on Wii U.

I just checked and 3DS owners can download either Tetris or Punch Out! for free(club nintendo coins) until February 10th, and/or Mario Kart 64 for the Wii. I'm gonna pass on Mario Kart 64 since I already own Wii, but what about these other two games, are either worth downloading? I like Tetris but I mean I can play it on here! Punch Out has never seemed appealing to me but is it really good? Let me know!

To be fair only about 1/3 of those were meant to be klassic HBW one-liners.

Just found out that they're going to slowly release at least the first 6 Mega Man games and Super Mario Bros 3 on the 3ds Virtual Console within a few months, so going to try and get those soon. Really hope that they'll eventually release some Snes and GBA games eventually, or some more better games. I really want Oracle of Seasons and Ages and any of the Pokémon games on it.
Just because I'm stupider than them, they think they're smarter than me!

Just bought A Link to the Past of the Wii Virtual Console, for my Wii U.
It's so cool actually playing this on a console.
And I still have 1200 Wii points but I'm not sure what games to spend them on

I am seriously considering Paper Mario as I loved 1000 Year Door.
The only thing is im also probably going to start Secret of Mana or Wild Arms.
Too many great RPGs to choose from

Anyone planning on getting Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon? I loved the original so I can't wait for this.

Hasn't really been much on the 3DS lately that has interested me. I think the last new game I got was Super Mario 3D Land which was more than a year ago

    You didn't get Kid Icarus?

And yeah, I'll probably get Luigi's Mansion. Looks sweet. Although I missed out on the original.

Ahh forgot about Kid Icarus! It never looked especially good to me but I've heard it's really good. Maybe I'll grab it sometime.

Bet you a million bucks the original Luigi's Mansion will be one of the first downloadable GameCube titles for Wii U.

Is the space pope reptilian? It and Dragon Quest VII are currently my most anticipated 3DS games. Of course I'd wager we're still at least a year away from DQVII being localized if it even is.

Does anyone here have Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story? I'm seriously thinking about tracing down a copy, because I've heard it's really good.

I had it at one time but not anymore. It was fine, nothing too great, nothing compared to the first two Paper Marios. I think I enjoyed Partners in Time a bit more too but I'm not sure on that.

Yeah, I haven't played any of the games in the series, but I've heard good things.

Play them, play them right now. NOW. If you have an emulator or a Gameboy Advance, get Superstar saga. It's probably the most fun and loose game in the series, introduced the series, and has some of the best one liners in a Mario game. Bowsers Inside Story is different than it, but still has some good lines, great music, and is pretty fun to play and easily recommend it. Partners in Time I didn't really like because of it's linearity, consumed items, and just felt less funny and good as the other 2. Honestly, just get Bowser's Inside Story. It may not be Paper Mario (so I've heard), but it's still fun and has it's own RPG style to it.

Play them or I WILL HAVE FURY! Awesome games.

I think I still love the first one best because it feels the longest, has the most hidden unlockable stuff, and is far less linear. You can roam the world a lot more. I love all of the games, though, they're great fun. I haven't finished the third game yet but I really like it so far.

Finally we get a release date. Really needing something to play on my 3ds soon cause I got the 3ds when there was nothing on it and still there isn't that much I really want to play on it except a few certain ones.
