    "Crash Canyon"

Joel H. Cohen and Tim Long have left The Simpsons to comeback here to the home and native land to make their own show, and it's set to premiere this weekend.

Huh, I never knew Tim Long was Canadian.

Do you know what time the series premieres on Sunday? Might have to check it out.

I got to be honest, the designs of the characters look a little generic.
Though both writing for strong standalone shows like Simpsons and How I met your Mother, I hope this show does well.

Watched it... eh. I did laugh at a few things (so sue me, "Don & Cherry's" got me) but ultimately it was a little hard to get into. The wife's voice is too shrill (though probably wouldn't take that long to get used to) and the characters felt more like walking jokes than actual characters, but it is just the pilot, so I'm willing to give it another shot next week.

mostly I'm just looking forward to Canadian jokes. oh man I love those

Not in Canada so obviously haven't seen it, but the designs look like early, terrible prototypes for American Dad.

Yeah the pilot was average at best. I'll probably give it another chance but not holding out hope.
