Ah yes, that was it old chap, very good. Though sadly not even Cranston could save that episode from being average.

Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire - Homer appears
Bart the Genius - Homer appears again
Homer's Odyssey - Homer appears again and his name is in the title
There's No Disgrace Like Home - Woah, not only does Homer appear again, but the word "Home". Look at it. Remind you of anything? That's right. It reminds you of the home that Homer lived in.
Bart the General - Homer's in this one too
Moaning Lisa - Homer appears in at least one scene of this episode
Call of The Simpsons - Yup. Track record still unbeaten. Homer.
The Telltale Head - Homer appears in this, and also has a head. The title refers to a head.
Life on the Fast Lane - Much like every episode this season, Homer appears.
Homer's Night Out - Homer fucks a stripper in this one. It's pretty warped.
The Crepes of Wrath - It's been a while since I've seen this one, but I'm almost 99% sure it has a scene with Homer in. (EDIT: Yes. Just checked it with Wikipedia. He's definitely in this one)
    Krusty Gets Busted - Homer
Some Enchanted Evening - See above

I'm gonna start with Season 2 tomorrow to see if Homer's in any of them. But it's pretty weird that Homer was in all of those in a row, right?

Sometimes it takes very long for a throwaway moment to become a major plot point:

The early Blood Feud reference is so lovely too:
