Springfield Connection B ( a hilarious but quite empty marge story which, while entertaining and including some nice satire on the police force, never fully developed why Mage even decided to join the police)
The Cartridge Family A- (one of the last satirical storylines.Has some some flawed Homer but is otherwise great.)
Who Shot Mr. Burns? Part 1 A+ (Fantastic. This episode has an almost cinematic feel to it. Mr. Burns carries the whole episode with his most evil performance and the building up of everyobdy's growing hatred of Burns was very well-done. its amazing how many jokes work their way through such a serious and grim storyline.)
Who Shot Mr. Burns? Part 2 B+ (this one peters out a bit after the first half. The movie parodies are great and there are many classic gags but I am not that big a fan of Homer going crazy in the 3rd act. )
Homer the Vigilante B (very thin plot and some irritating Homer. Greatly brought up by the parody and rapid-fire gags.)
Poppa's Got a Brand new Badge B (This one is a bit overrated. Of course it may have a more endearing Homer but for a gag episode, too many was hit or miss for me until the Sopranos parody.)
It's a bit like having sex with a jellyfish: once might an interesting experiment, twice would be perversion!

The Who Shot Mr. Burns? episodes are better than the rest, both 5/5s, though I'll vote part 2 on this one.

As far as the other ones, the ones where Marge holds a gun get 4/5; the ones where Homer try to enforce the law get 3/5.
Bart: "Please don't call our parents!"
Chief: "I'm afraid I have to for hijinks like these. Hijinks - it's a funny word. Three dotted letters in a row."
    Eddie: "Is it hyphenated?"
Chief: "It used to be, back in the good old days, you know. Of course, every generation hyphenates the way it wants to. Then there's *NSYNC! What the hell is that? Jump in any time there, Eddie, these are good topics."
