This is not very good, terrible ending with the Loch-Ness Monster and awfully characterized Burns, that scene with the fart jokes during the radio is just really cringeworthy & not funny. However, it has an enjoyable first act so it saves the episode quite a bit.

2/5 Some good lines from Willie and Professor frink, but overall it's a rather oddball, badly-plotted ep.

I don't give a shit what people think. This episode is hilarious, one really underrated gem from season 10. 9.2/10

I am mostly conflicted on this episode. On one hand, it was the beginning of Mr. Burns' descent from a villainous boss to a weak old man. On the other hand, the episode has some really funny moments, and is one of the better episodes from Season 10. 3/5

This is one of the crappiest episodes of the Scully era and the episode that completely killed Mr Burns. I really don't get how it's seen so favourably by some people.
And I would argue that it's not only about the third act being mediocre, which it is. But the whole episode is completely crap.
I mean, are we talking about the same Mr Burns that in season 3 said "what good is money if it can't inspire terror in your fellow man?". Suddenly this same guy is shocked and appalled that nobody likes him. This episode really killed Mr Burns forever.
