Geeky question: Why is the production number of "Another Simpsons Clip Show" 2F33?

I guess I should rephrase my question:

Why is "Round Springfield" 2F32 and "Another Simpsons Clipshow" 2F33 instead of 2F23 and 2F24?

In Lisas Date with Density when Skinner was going to check the lockers to
find out who stole Chalmers H from his Honda why was Barts locker checked
first? Why does Bart always have to be the first one to be checked when
Skinner finds out that something happened?
People that was all wrong Homer Simpson doesn't say
Boh! he says [Checks Script] Doh! Mr. Burns, Burns
    Heir.

Maybe I'm missing something really obvious, but what is the joke behind this? Is there one?

Because he's one of the biggest troublemakers, so he's the most likely suspect at all times. Seriously, man, this is getting ridiculous--stop thinking too hard about the jokes. They're very simple.

One that's been bugging me lately; in Lisa's Pony, Homer's in the bar. He calls the guy who owns the music store a moron, but when he learns the guy is sitting next to him he says "Oh... Me and my trenchant mouth!". My question: Why is Homer using a word that's clearly out of his regular vocabulary?

Putting words that you wouldn't think the characters would say just seems to be something the writers get a kick out of. This is kind of touched on in the commentary I just watched for Homer Vs. Patty and Selma, where they talk about how funny they thought it would be for Marge to say "fiduciary."

The episodes A Star is Burns and Round Springfield were done by The Critic staff, not the season six staff so they got production codes in the 2F30s and Another Simpsons Clipshow was not counted among the regularly produced episodes and was given the code 2F34.

I know I should not think too hard about the jokes but I have some questions
    about these Simpsons episodes.

In Lisas Rival when Miss Hover had a question about an assignment and said
anyone besides Lisa for a change and then Ralph raises his hand what did
Ralph this better not be about your cat have to do with that? Ive never
    understood this one.

In the Parent Rap after Bart says I'm a lachey kid and Lisa says you are
not why did Judge Harm bang her gavel down and tell Lisa to be quiet
just because she talked to Bart for a second? Ive never understood this
    one as well.

It's just that whenever anyone says anything to Ralph, he just says something like "My cat's name is Mittens" or something like that about his cat. So when he put his hand up in class, Miss Hoover knew that he was just gonna say something about his cat, so she said "This better not be about your cat, Ralph", and then he put his hand down, because it had been something about his cat.

A 'latch-key kid' is a term referring to a child who doesn't get much attention or supervision from his/her parents (i.e. both parents work or are out much of the time). Since Marge is in the house nearly all of the time, it's unlikely Bart is a latch-key kid.

And the Judge told Lisa to be quiet because you're not supposed to talk in the courtroom when there is a trial in progress.

    It's because she's ordering veal.

Edit: Veal is the meat of young calves.

Off Topic can you please learn how to spell because it was really hard to read your question.

Hence why the veal is called 'Baby guts' because it is indeed the guts/meat of a baby cow.

and for remember alf? 'the day the violence died' is in season 7

It's a copout. The point is the show runs out of time and the writers just give up, so they just say... hey, how about just a random character?

If you want to REALLY delve into it, think about Moe and his Fan Man getup from The Homer They Fall. If you really, really want to delve into it.
