Not necessarily. In the promo card of the XXIVth, there was no sign of Oh, the Places you'll D'oh in the promo card, and Dead and Shoulders had a smallest part than the opening.

And in THOH27’s poster, only the opening was represented.

Cthulhu will almost certainly be the opening for THOH29.

Take what you will from the annual THOH poster design (which almost always boils down to artistic license) but I believe the actual THOH plot synopses have a pretty solid track record when it comes to showcasing the likely segment order.

Vibe I'm getting from today's SDCC panel is that not much of anything was announced/revealed/discussed... be it the fate of the show beyond Season 30 or further DVD releases. I know I'm not counting on Season 19 hitting anytime this year.

They did share their annual THOH preview clip... so there's that I guess.

So I guess Krusty the Clown joins the circus...which I'm assuming is the episode Krusty the Clown? granted we do see Krusty being involved with a circus in an early simpsons comic like #7

CBG sues homer for joy riding (Baby you can't drive my car?)

Bart gets a concussion and lies about it to Marge and claims he met Jesus (boy will Flanders be at Smithers level jealousy) and it turns into a music with Gal Gadot (Bart's not dead)..I don't know if this was all listed this was from the comic con stream

I wonder if "Bart's Not Dead" is an intentional subtle nod to "Dead Bart", or just a matter-of-fact title given the plot and theme of the episode.
