It's a very novel thing to me right now to have a program independent from my browser solely for the purposes of off-board board chat tbh.

Yeah, I don't think there's anything particularly wrong about saying something to the effect of "Oof, gonna mute" or whatever as long as you don't repetitively bitch and moan beyond that. The only reason Egg gets torn into so badly in chat is that he can't just do that and then shut the fuck up. Hell, I don't even think it'd be as bad if he could at the very least critique something in a non-asinine fashion but alas his vocabulary is extremely limited when it comes to forming any kind of critical thought thus making the end result a series of short, monotonous complaints with zero substance to them which begins to wear thin on everyone's patience before long.

The Pokemon song was a joke, if you couldn't tell. I really hated that song, and only included it because I was getting sick of you trying to anger me.

About my critiques, I just don't really have much to say about lots of music, because most rap and showtune music, for example, have the same flaws. Most rap is just bland drum beats, most show tunes are cheesy and saccharine, etc.

I will try to be less whiny in future chats though, I understand I annoyed lots of people.

Also, if I want to play Rush, I should be able to play Rush. I mean, if you guys could play Nicki Minaj or show tune music, than I should be allowed to play Rush?

it's neat for sure, especially with the musicbot democracy angle

the inability to make PMs a sidebar is a little irritating but for overall group chat it's fun. not sure i like the bigger style which makes chat sometimes hard to follow compared to the wall of text that TC was, but it's different and that's always welcome.
