    Harley Quinn (DC Universe/HBO Max)

Surprised there was no thread for this, as this show is pretty popular on the platform, hence why HBO Max renewed it for a third season. DC Universe is moving all its media content to HBO Max.

I did see one episode in season 1, but I never got interested in it, so I didn't watch another one.

I like this series and I was pleasantly surprised by it. When I watched the first episode, I didn't like it and was afraid of what this show would be overall, your typical "hey look, we're R-Rated" animated series who likes to show off how violent and nasty it can be every minute, but the more I watched and the more I thought it's actually more clever than I thought at first. The violent stuff is better handled (pretty gruesome but not for the sake of it, I wasn't bothered by it after the first episode), the characters are enjoyable (Clayface as a lousy aspiring actor is the most hilarious to me, Alan Tudyk nails this role in my opinion; this version of King Shark is also a lot funny to me) and the stories are interesting and even pretty engaging sometimes and allow an intriguing in-depth view of these characters from time to time, even though I was kinda disappointed by how some arcs are concluded in season 2 but I'm open for more episodes (even though a part of me think season 1 was self-sufficient to be honest as I did feel the way it was concluded was the perfect way to end the show). To me, it's everything the Birds of Prey movie wasn't : a fun, well-written, uninhibited, engaging and even sometimes touching series, that wasn't afraid to shake the DC world, for the better.
    It ate EVERYBODY, stupid !
