I probably drink soda once a week if anything. More of a tea and water person. I don't mind MD too much but would rather have a Throwback if I drank it, or the Pitch Black that wasn't gross and super sour.

I used to love Mountain Drew Code Red. One time I tried mixing it with Southern Comfort aaaaaaaaand it was actually pretty fucking good. But I'm far too old for such things now.

Today I drank a Diet Cherry Pepsi and it was the shit. One of my favorite diet sodas

    SoCo and soda is amazing.

I try to only drink soda once a week at best. I used to never touch it, but I've become attached to cherry-flavored sodas as long as there's lots of ice to nix most of the carbonation.

I miss Borders Books and Music: they have more magazines than Barnes and Noble and some of them were obscure...I only saw them there than B&N.

Diet Cherry Pepsi is very much the shit.

I used to love Cherry Coke too, but I feel like it's not as good as it used to be. Maybe it's psychological, but I just miss the old design:

That design was so kickass. Ever since they changed it to "Coca-Cola Cherry" it seems lame.

lol I love how this turned into a thread about stuff that's still around.

Dr Pepper >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mr. Pibb. Pibb is still good though. I miss when it was just called "Mr. Pibb" though. Ever since they changed it to "Pibb Extra" I haven't liked it as much. It's like the consolation version of Dr Pepper now.

Man this reminds me of when I used to collect soda cans, back when I was a teenager. One year I collected almost a hundred different ones, it was awesome. I even had a few promotional Pepsi variants with different Star Wars: Episode I characters on them. I remember I had Sebulba and Padme, I think. It was a neat hobby but it took up a lot of room in my closet. Not to mention I drank a LOT of damn soda. I eventually threw them all away but I later regretted it

Oh man I just saw this on a Google image search

They're from the early 90s apparently. I never tried them but MAN do they sound good

I used to have one based on SpongeBob. I wish I still had it.

I miss those stupid Hello! Say Something! WHAT? ads in a weird way. Yes they were annoying. I guess I just yearn for the time of being a kid.

whoa are these from the us? never heard of em, though i'm aware that pepsi had pretty ridiculous flavors in japan, like strawberry milk and mint and uh

naturally they all fade away pretty quickly, much like the litany of oddball kit kat flavors. will never try a grilled corn kit kat and that genuinely saddens me.

Japan always has the best weird snacks.

And ones that are really gross as hell like this one. It's supposed to take like BBQ lamb but tastes like puke.

It was p awful. Didn't really taste like meatballs, but it didn't taste nice either 3/10
Another thing I miss is Italian restaurant that was in walking distance of my house that closed down roughly two years ago. I associate many nice memories with it, I lost my first tooth there, my late grandad went there a lot, my family went there after my brother's baptism. And this is probably just the nostalgia talking, but I have never had nicer pasta in my life than the pasta I had there.

Aside from less-tangible things like a sense of wonder and optimism, I really miss Surge cola, Simpsons seasons coming out on DVD, and this awesome fast food place called Cook-Out which I recently found out the hard way doesn't exist in the North, much to my dismay.
    Earth. Atomizer. Let's go.

Cook-Out is delish, have one right down the road. Usually like to get the barbeque sandwiches with slaw on them.

Does Amazon still sell Surge? I know the local video game store that I frequent used to buy it from Amazon then stock it in their store a few months ago.

Yeah it's similar to Mountain Dew but "stronger" I suppose? Hard for me to describe the taste having been so long since having one. It was supposed to be a "Mountain Dew Killer."

Football related one that about 3 people will get - I miss all the banter United fans could have with City when they went nearly 30 years without a trophy.

This is how it feels to be City
This is how it feels to be small
This is how it feels when your team wins nothing at all
