The Stock Tip has my favorite moment of season 1, with George guessing that the guy they were looking for was in the hospital resting.

Jerry's delivery on "nobody goes to a hospital to rest" (or something along those lines) kills me every time.

Hutz what did we say about hijacking threads

    we never talked about it

But good to see someone watching through Seinfeld. It's one of the shows I've been waiting for someone to view it alongside KOTH. The show definitely picks up as it goes and stays highly consistent till before the finale.

    The Ex-Girlfriend

I guess I'm not that big on the relationship plots either. More amusing moments than most of the past season but nothing outright hilarious yet. I liked all of the stand-up bits in this ep though.

-I liked the backwards traffic bit
-"Yes, I know this is the wrong number, I just wanna know if I dialed wrong, or..."
-Kramer to random person: "come on up"
-"I told her in the kitchen, which is risky, cause there's a lot of knives there"
    -Kramer: "what's her number?"
-"I just pick up a phone and she's in the middle of a sentence"
    -Marlene: "I dunno sometimes..."
-Stand-up about the waiting room is pretty good
-George: "I pay what I say"
-Kramer barges in to practice his golf swing
    -George swallows a fly
    -"I saw your act"
    -"You're a cashier!"

the ex-girlfriend is okay i guess. it is sort of a standard relationship episode and there's not a whole lot to it, but it's funny enough. pony remark is way better

    The Pony Remark

I liked this. I think this is the first episode thus far that's really made use of Jerry's characters as a comedian in that the conflict is caused by the quip about the pony. The ending where the game is postponed but Jerry loses anyway is pretty good. The banter scenes such as one the one at the restaurant where they talk about going to the funeral or the game aren't that funny, though they take up a lot of time.

-"Levels" is one of the better Kramer bits
-"These peas are bursting with country fresh flavor"
-"I hate every kid with a pony when they were growing up" "I had a pony!"
-0 reaction to Jerry ranting about ponies afterward
-One day later: "I decided I'm not gonna do the levels"
    -"Manya died!"
-"You know what this means? We lost the super saver tickets!"
    -"we give dead men pillows"
-"Phoenix? What's gonna happen to his apartment?"
-rubbing in the pony at the funeral

    The Busboy

Probably one of the series' best so far. In general, I just liked how fleshed-out everything was - until now, a lot of the scenes have been the main cast talking about things that happened, whereas here we got to see almost everything play out. It was nice to see Kramer do more than just pop in with a few lines and pop back out too. I'm also liking how their joking around is causing the conflicts and how these endings are screw the audience on a bunch of levels, both of which were sort of there in The Pony Remark too. If it's still getting better after this, this is gonna be good.

-"It's like waiting in the shower for the conditioner to work"
-"Seattle is the pesto of cities"
    -Jerry: "I didn't say anything"
    -Kramer: "habla espanol?"
-in general Kramer is kinda great in this scene. Trying to fix the broken lamp, getting water...it's all good
-I like how the busboy ends up just speaking English
    -"Your job...your cat...your lamp"
-Kramer transferring messages through Jerry had some good delivery
    -Good crazed performance by Elaine
-"Anywhere in the city, I'll tell you the best public toilet."
-I like the cat randomly coming back anyway - why not?
-"I am starting my new job...and I am very very late"

Jerry: George wants to know when you want to look for the cat again?

Kramer: It's been a week...it's up to the cat now.

Great episode. Yeah and I love the exaggeration in the busboy's physical intimidation like him puffing out his chest and the aggravated pause with the little head bobs before he delivers the ironically collective "who left the door open?".
