I consider the Beatles to be wildly over-rated. They're a great band, but I don't gush about each and every little thing they do as being amazing like some do.

Most of their music is just "good pop songs", very few rise above (A Day In The Life, Tomorrow Never Knows, Strawberry Fields Forever, Helter Skelter, Let It Be, and maybe Love You To as well are the only ones that rise above "very good" IMO)
You're a dolt with the IQ of a peabrain that probably loves lowbrow sitcoms like The Big Bang Theory, Frasier and Seinfeld to not grasp the biting satire and wit of the classic 65 (Rugrats).

I absolutely DESPISE To Pimp A Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar. It takes rap music (A genre I already hate to begin with) adds terrible singing, including really bad, ridiculous pop-diva vocals, Cheesy '80s beats and production, ridiculously stupid interludes, beats with no rhythm whatsoever, and as a whole, just is ridiculously boring and cheesy. All this combines to make some of the worst music I've EVER heard. No idea why everyone calls it the greatest album of all time.
in case anyone wants closure on this baffling opinion we Finally got egg to admit today that he only heard 1 minute of each song before skipping so yea

I like Ashley Tisdale's cover of "Someday My Prince Will Come" better than the original.

I think EDM is better music suited for driving in a car than for actual dancing, despite what the D stands for.

Do you mean all electronic dance music or the current strain of festival, drop-based dance music confusingly referred to as "EDM"?

This is why music genre names are bullshit, people.

I was just referring to what my satelite radio station calls EDM. Samples:

I just like to listen to fast beats and stuff. It especially helps since I work at a job where I do heavy lifting and I have to commute 20 miles to and from my job, especially when coming home in the middle of the night.

That would be the latter of the two categories I listed, then.

Sorry. I don't mean to seem pedantic. I was genuinely confused.

I really dislike U2 and in particular Bono. Their music is very whiny to me.

I do like some of their songs, but something about them doesn't appeal to me as much.

"Sometimes You Can't Make It on my Own" is amazing underrated though.

While I can't say I hate it as much as Egg and a few others here do, I was never really that into rap myself.

In fact, the only rap song I really like is "Back That Azz Up" by Juvenile, and even then I think it's stupid due to its lame attempts at rhyming and lack of rhythm (especially the edited version). In fact, that might be why I like it among all rap songs.

The Late 1980's/Early-1990's was the peak of Aerosmith (although I love all the band's stuff except Nine Lives and their last two albums) and Get A Grip (1993) is by far their best album and it's not even close. Also, their best song is the 1986 verison of Walk This Way with Run-D.M.C. And Just Push Play was a good album.

Overall their Top 5 albums are:

    1. Get A Grip (1993)
    2. Pump (1989)
    3. Permanent Vacation (1987)
    4. Toys In The Attic (1975)
    5. Rocks (1976)

pump is the only one of their good 80s/90s records so I do not agree

I can't help it it. Aerosmith was ingrained into my soul the day I bought Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (2008) on 360 as a 13-year-old.

I don't expect Simspons to be down with Aerosmith though.
