E Pluribus Wiggum is easily one of the worst episodes of the series; it doesn't have anything that remotely resembles a plot, the satire is terrible, it doesn't make any sense... I'm glad to see it getting some recognition here for its terribleness. But, Politically Inept is simply the worst episode of the series. Homer is about a hundred billion times more annoying than he is in any Scully episode, and I question John Frink's intelligence if he thinks that is what passes for satire. It's just bafflingly stupid. Politically Inept would pass for an exceptionally bad episode of Family Guy. My vote is for Politically Inept, in case I didn't make that clear enough.

Politically Inept, with Homer Simpson. E Pluribus Wiggum is bad as well, so you can change my vote to that if needed.

With 4 votes, "Politically Inept, with Homer Simpson" becomes the tenth episode placed on NHC's worst season ever list.

Season 01: The Crepes of Wrath
Season 02: One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish
Season 03: Burns Verkaufen Der Kraftwerk
    Season 04: Homer’s Triple Bypass
    Season 05: Homer the Vigilante
    Season 06: Fear of Flying

Season 08: The Twisted World of Marge Simpson
Season 09: All Singing, All Dancing
Season 10: Wild Barts Can’t Be Broken
    Season 11: Faith Off
    Season 12: Worst Episode Ever
Season 13: The Bart Wants What It Wants
    Season 14: Barting Over

Season 18: Revenge is a Dish Best Served Three Times
    Season 19: That 90’s Show
Season 20: How the Test Was Won

    Season 22: Flaming Moe
    Season 23: The D'oh-cial Network
Season 24: The Changing of the Guardian
Season 25: Specs and the City

I think I may go with "Faith Off". It's not very funny and the whole plot is just too far-fetched to believe.

I actually don't mind most of the really unpopular episodes on here (All Singing, All Dancing, On a Clear Day I Can't See My Sister, That '90s Show). I suppose I'll go with Flaming Moe.

I hate On A Clear Day I Can't See My Sister, terrible characterisations; Changing of the Guardian has a train wreck of a plot but for me there is only one winner, the episode I can never ever rewatch: All Singing, All Dancing

It's my favourite clip show after The Simpsons' 138th Episode Spectacular. I don't see what is so objectionable about a collection of songs The Simpsons has done, which always tend to be pretty good. It is a good concept for a clip show.

With four votes, "The D'oh-cial Network" becomes the eleventh episode placed on NHC's worst season ever list.

    Season 01: Krusty Gets Busted
Season 02: The Way We Was
    Season 03: I Married Marge
Season 04: Marge vs. The Monorail
    Season 05: Bart Gets Famous
    Season 06: Homer the Great
    Season 07: Team Homer
    Season 08: Mountain of Madness
    Season 09: Bart Carny
    Season 10: Sunday, Cruddy Sunday
    Season 11: The Mansion Family
    Season 12: Tennis the Menace
Season 13: The Lastest Gun in the West
Season 14: I’m Spelling as Fast As I Can
Season 15: Milhouse Doesn’t Live Here Anymore
Season 16: Goo Goo Gai Pan
    Season 17: My Fair Laddy
    Season 18: Little Big Girl
    Season 19: Love, Springfieldian Style
Season 20: No Loan Again, Naturally
    Season 21: Boy Meets Curl
    Season 22: Homer the Father
Season 23: Moe Goes from Rags to Riches
    Season 24: Love is a Many-Splintered Thing
    Season 25: Diggs

The episodes from season 23 and 24 are considered two of the worst the show has ever produced. I'll go with "Love is a Many-Splintered Thing" as my vote because, despite the spoken word montage, it's basically has no attempt at jokes and is incredibly awkward and clumsy.

There are a lot of really terrible episodes here; Sunday Cruddy Sunday, Tennis the Menace, My Fair Laddy, No Loan Again Naturally, Boy Meets Curl, Moe Goes From Rags to Riches, Love is a Many-Splintered Thing... None of them are in my bottom 10, though. The one that comes closest is Moe Goes from Rags to Riches. I cannot get over the fact that the episode was narrated by a god-damned rag.

There are a lot of truly atrocious episodes here. "Diggs" and "The Lastest Gun In the West" to name two...

But by far the worst out of this list, and possibly the Simpsons' worst episode ever - "Moe Goes From Rags to Riches"

    It features a talking rag.

All Singing, All Dancing is my favorite clip show. It's no masterpiece, but it's fun to watch.

I really don't like to defend this episode (I don't think it is good by any means either), but you guys keep on slamming it: the hate for Moe Goes from Rags to Riches is incredibly overblown. A lot of the criticism focuses on the fact that there is a talking bar rag. It's a harmless minor narration device (it's not like the episode is focused on the rag talking to everyone in Springfield) and isn't even close to the wackiest thing that has happened on the series (keep in mind this is non-canon, too). I want to watch the episode again before I say anything about its content (although it was just extremely boring from what I remember; main plot was a dull retelling of history using Simpsons characters, and the subplot was Bart/Milhouse filler), but slamming the episode based on a narration device seems like too much. I still don't like this episode at all, but it isn't even the worst episode of season 23, let alone the rest of the series.

That being said, plenty of garbage on this list, including Sunday, Cruddy Sunday, The Lastest Gun in the West, and all of the HD episodes. I'll vote for Love is a Many-Splintered Thing. Unpopular, but rightly so.

Love is a Many-Splintered Thing is definitely worse than Rags to Riches--but I never disliked the latter because of the talking rag, as ridiculous as that is.

Yeah, I understand people who dislike the episode because of its content (the two plots feel like they were produced separately and sloppily stitched together; the episode cuts from the Middle Ages to Bart's room to Persia), but to hate it because of a talking bar rag is too minor. It's like people hating That '90s Show for breaking continuity when behind that, it's just typical mediocrity with some 90s references.

That is the reason I hate Moe Goes From Rags to Riches. The bar rag is dumb, but I can stomach it. I hate it because I think it's the second-most boring episode in the series, after The Color Yellow.
