    A Fish Called Selma: 7
    The Two Mrs. Nahasapeemapetilons: 2

The Two Mrs Nasahasa is nothing special as far as classics go while A Fish Called Selma is a excellent and slightly above-average for season 7 actually.

It's pretty clear which episode won, so someone can make a new match if they'd like.

Match 10: Rosebud VS. Last Exit To Springfield

Two episodes that have nothing in common, except both being regarded as the best.

While both are fantastic episodes, I have to hand it to Last Exit to Springfield for having so many classic moments. The Union Strike song scene with everyone singing, "They have the plant, but we have the power" in the dark is so chilling.

Love "Rosebud" to all eternity. "Last Exit To Springfield" comes very, very close though.

I've never thought very highly of Rosebud. Mr. Burns is out of character and the story isn't that interesting. It's one of the most overrated episodes of all time. On the other hand, LETS completely deserves its reputation as one of the best episodes ever. No other episode is so packed with classic moments.

Although Rosebud is a gem, I've always though that the ending in the future is a bit too... weird, at least, it makes me feel uncomfortable.
Last Exit to Springfield isn't perhaps THE best episode of all time but it's just everything the show represents. It is flawless. It's impossible to any fan to not like it. It has everything. When I think about "The Simpsons", I'm picturing this episode.
Currently re-watching all of the show, from Season 26 backwards. So far :
    Seasons Ranking : 23 > 26 > 22 > 24 > 25

Best and Worst from each season :
S21 (so far) : The Devil Wears Nada / None so far..
S22- Angry Dad: The Movie / How Munched is That Birdie in the Window?.
S23- Holidays of Future Passed / Moe Goes From Rags To Riches.
    S24- A Test Before Trying / Love is a Many-Splintered Thing.
S25- Brick Like Me / What to Expect When Bart's Expecting.
S26- I Won't Be Home For Christmas / The Man Who Came to Be Dinner.

Part One has the better atmosphere, but Part Two has the stronger plot. Part One lays out the clues masterfully, but Part Two is able to introduce and dismiss a bunch of red herrings set by the first episode. They work best when put together, but individually, Part Two is the stronger of the two for me. Also, "Senor Burns."

These are my two favourite episodes of all time, for different reasons. Part One features Mr. Burns in what I would describe as his best characterization, and maybe not a linear plot but it all fits together so beautifully. Then there is the very well-done escalation in the plot, and then the episode's climax, when Mr. Burns is shot, my favourite scene of the series. Part Two is one of my favourite things, a murder mystery (or a shooting mystery, in this case) and has many memorable scenes such as the song and Chief Wiggum's dream. Overall, though, I like Part One slightly better.

Yeah, me too. I do have to question putting half a story up against its other half...

Who Shot Mr Burns Part Two is excellent but it dosen´t stand much of a chance against Part One which i consider to be one of the best episodes ever.

Simpsons Tall Tales has a certain significance to me because it is the first episode I ever watched, but it's pretty mediocre. Simpsons Bible Stories, while forgettable, is better.

Neither are particularly memorable, but I slightly prefer Simpsons Bible Stories.

    Bring on the next one!
