    Great episode.

    Some Things I noticed:
The animation is a little more fluid and there is more movement altogether.
The colors are more vibrant (I was watching in hd)

The episode itself was really good, it had some of the funniest stuff since season 3.
The only thing that kinda bothered me (barely) was that besides the first act the episode didn't really feel like a Venture season premiere, it felt for like and ordinary episode but extended which isn't really a bad thing. Also the episode needed more Brock fucking Sampson.

In love that Billy and White have arches their own now, and the reference to Robobo. Also the call back to "The Buddy System" with the gorilla was hilarious.
There is just way to much stuff to praise in this episode.
Also the new Venture Titmouse chirp was cool.

I'm glad the show is back and better than ever.
    Heres to another 10 years.

It was insane, and Billy and Gary stole the episode.
As did St. Cloud, a great (kind of newish in a way) character to the show.
Dean burning the beds was great too.
Also it got really wild with all the insane mutants and tit jokes, classic Rusty screws up and people die and mutate plot.
The Monarch was actually really sweet in missing 21 as he did, and it was funny.

I'll give a proper rating and review tomorrow.

For now here is IGN's review, they give the episode high marks:

Wow, AS usually does not do this.

They must be proud as shit to do this, new shows usually get uploaded on AS GOLD only.

one thing I thought about today is that the Monarch mentions how he and 21 used to watch game of Thrones even though it still wasn't on the air around the time of the P.R.O.M. episode

immediately noticed that too. bizarre to think that the episode was actually probably written when that show was in its first season. it's now in its fourth!

that was so worth the wait, even though my mind had to catch up with the events up P.R.O.M since it had been so long since I had last seen it (easily over two years)... just a lot of great, funny moments and awesome character work.

@kupomog do you think they'll still have the shirt available by the 7th? (friday) that's when my card cuts off and I so so so want a hank co shirt

Wow, awesome start to the season. And only halfway through the episode I realized this would be a 45 minutes episode, so that was a nice surprise. Loved St. Cloud.

I'm personally fond of that glorious extra COLOR shirt, but getting all 10 shirts seems a bit excessive for me.

Actually they've gone record saying they wrote and finished this episode last.

Besides shows like this always work on an "X amount of time ago" for recent dates.

This episode really had some huge things to accomplish, and it's something that other shows would perhaps flounder around with.
But in true Venture fashion everything left opened from the "P.R.O.M." is wrapped up (Dean's quest, Rusty's night, and Hatred's love for Tinyfeet and getting rejected again.) or stuff is ripped wide open again (Monstroso and Mol got away, Hank and Nikki's forbidden love, and Gary now in charge of an abandoned SPHINX) in a breezey six minutes before the new shiny extra big plot kicks in. The first act suffers, if only from being so stuffed with goodness and setting up a rather large episode in only ten minutes time. But once act two began the episode spreads it wings (and legs) and let's loose a furry of pop culture refrences and V deep callbacks to previous episodes (the E-Den and the attic of D-19 for examples). The episode is so over the top and insane it takes a few viewings to absorb all that is going on, on the surface and much deeper, b/c everything is so well thought out and has deeper meaning. For example in Greek mythology Palaemon was known as the guardian of ships, and Rusty's ray shield factory is called "The Palaemon Project". That's the kind of thing I actually have to look up, but was pretty sure it was releated to some mythology.
Honestly I could write a long ass review about this episode.. but I won't.
Just know that it went V deep, and BIlly and Pete shine like diamonds as they gain a new arch rival and step up their science "game", as it were, quite considerbly.
It's also a huge episode for Gary, Dean, and the Monarch as each is going through major changes. And as always it's nice to see Jonas Venture Jr. again after such a long absence.

If you are a true fan, you need to watch this episode today if you already haven't.
My only real complaint (and it's everyone's) is that Brock and Shore Leave could have gotten a bit more screen time... but, oh well.

    A 9.6/10 overall.
