Can Someone Help Me...

...get to the bottom of why I make really terribly idiotic decisions? Please?

I made a decision on the whole "Ohio/California" decision from last week and like usual, I feel like I made the wrong one. Why do I do these things? Why am i not capable of waiting? If I had waited.... but no, now I'm out of the mission for 2 months. Days, it's not bad because I can still eat at the mission, just have to leave when I'm done. But I called in to work today and so that's probably the end of my temp job. But if I'm not feeling well...

I just need to know why I am not capable of waiting for things to happen before I just blindly dive into another decision. Is there some psychological thing here? Am I capable of change? I dunno anymore.... and I'm not entirely sure I'm going to like the answer.

I should be able to get on later.

Maybe you should see a therapist.

    Here's the commonly-referred basis for good decision-making:
    1) Put your needs before wants.
    2) Know your limitations
    3) have some foresight into the cause-and-consequence of your actions
So to answer why you might be making bad decisions, it's probably a case of confusing your priorities. To change all that, you'll definitely have to get your priorities straightened out.

Uh, what decision did you make? Because every single person who responded to you told you not to go through with that really bad plan.

You need to go to work, save money until you can sustain yourself, then save some more and find a place to live.
Your employment and your income is your #1 priority. Do not give them a reason to fire you.
Just relax and be patient. Life is really, really long and you don't need to rush into anything. This is going to be a slow crawl, and you can do it.
