Lap 23:

Norris is 13th after suffering damage on the first lap, and now the McLaren man is struggling with oversteer on every corner. it could be a long afternoon for him.

Lap 24:

Hamilton goes on the radio to say that he doesn't want any info.

Lap 25:

Bottas is starting to complain about his tyre. Meanwhile, Ocon lets Riccardo through, however Riccardo goes the wrong side of the bollard after going wide...

VERSTAPPEN PITS!

He ends up behind the Alpha Tauri of Kvyat.

Lap 26:

BOTTAS PITS!



A nicely done pitstop, and he keeps the lead.
Meanwhile, Riccardo is Under Invesgtigation, while fighting against Vettel:

TURN 2 INCIDENT INVOLVING CAR 3 (RIC) UNDER INVESTIGATION - FAILING TO FOLLOW THE RACE DIRECTORS INSTRUCTIONS

Lap 27:

5 SECOND TIME PENALTY FOR CAR 3 (RIC) - FAILING TO FOLLOW THE RACE DIRECTORS INSTRUCTIONS




Lap 28:

Leclerc pits. Ocon is told to push, but in the end, the Ferrari keeps ahead of him. He slots in behind Riccardo.

Lap 30:

We are still waiting for Kvyat and Vettel to pit, but guess what? They both pit! Kvyat does it in 2.4 seconds, but he doesn't come out ahead of the Renaults.
Only Raikkonen is yet to pit now.

I'll drive faster...

Lap 33:

The closest battle, and the only one in DRS range , Raikkonen, who still hasn't pitted and Gasly are battling it out for 9th. WIth the DRS boost, he goes ahead of the Alfa Romeo.

Lap 35:

The only thing that happens in this lap is that Bottas is to pit. Looks like it's gonna be another Big 3 podium. Bottas sets... a fastest lap. Meanwhile, Raikkonen pits, however it's a slow stop.

Lap 36:

Kvyat is now closing up to Ocon, who's race has not gone well. Also, Leclerc is catching up to Riccardo, who still needs to serve a 5 second penalty:




Lap 39:

The front three are all starting to lap the back markers now, but those gaps are holding steady as it stands. Can Hamilton make those tyres last the distance though? They are 22 laps old and counting. Albon gets ahead of Grosjean, who goes off the track for good measure.

Lap 40:

Grosjean loses another position to Giovinazzi.

Lap 41:

Vettel moves up another spot, passing Grosjean, who runs into the bollards.

Lap 43:



The VSC is out, so they can replace the bollards that Grosjean hit. It's a short VSC, as Gasly mistimes his pitstop, and falls out of the top 10.



Lap 44:

At the back, the 2 Williams are having a scrap for position.

Lap 45:

Gasly has now caught up to the 2 cars ahead, and now Norris, Albon and Gasly are all fighting for position. In the end, Norris keeps 9th, and Albon and Gasly swap positions.
