tbh a temp ban for that was kind of harsh for just that PM, yeah, but looking back at handys past on the board it doesn't surprise me. it's still just temporary anyway. I know, I know "it's about the principle! squid shouldn't be a mod" or whatever. Honestly i don't care i mean if you aren't a bad user this stuff doesn't happen to you so you don't have to worry.

So you're saying that "he's been infracted before" is enough to get him banned. Because with the whole Captain Squid thing cleared, that's about all that's keeping him banned at this point. Like, I get that sometimes you have to look at people's past history in considering these things, but you can't bring it up as the main reason when it's totally not relevant.
