He says Eczema. It's a skin condition.

Yeah I was pretty sure it was Whacking Day. THOH was just the other occasion where I remembered the airhorn.

Have we ever seen Lisa directly eating meat (before "Lisa the Vegetarian")?

Think she ate the sushi in "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish" (not sure if that really counts as meat though)

Also, I think she just shoveled whatever was on the plates into her mouths like the rest of the Simpsons

I'm probably missing something, but what is the gag in Homer and Ned's Hail Mary Pass when Milhouse meets Michelle Kwan and is surprised she can talk?

"Children of a Lesser Clod". Bart and Lisa are watching Homer spending time with the kids in his daycare group, Ralph offers "mittens" as a swear word and Homer and the other kids burst out laughing, leading to Lisa's line.

What's the episode where Maggie's holding the power drill, and Homer's trying to get it off her? - I think he was trying to do some bad DIY before this...

And what's the episode where the kids start off painting house numbers on the kerbs of people's houses for a fee?

Lisa's Sax? When Homer says he'll break something that Maggie loves and she clutches it to herself?

And for the second one - Regarding Margie.

Hmmm yes that is true, but I've remembered it wasn't a powerdrill that Maggie was holding when Homer was doing the DIY work, I think it was like a nail gun.

The bit you're thinking of is from Bye Bye Nerdie, it's in the midst of Homer's baby-safety crusade.

Can any body help me with the episode and season, where Homer eats really hot chilli and goes on a Dob Juan desert experience. Its the bit where is hot tongue melts the ice cream before it even touches it i want to see again. It would be great for my science lessons.

Many thanks I will pass this on to maths teachers I know. The other episode that springs to mind for science, is the episode where the Simpsons are having therapy and are wired up to be able to shock each other. They all start buzzing each other and Springfields lights go dimmer etc.
The simpsons are the best way into the nuclear radiation topic every.

I saw Brake My Wife Please for the first time in a while today, and the scene where Marge called Moe confused me. Why did he get the broom out, and hit the floor? Was it implying something?

He's checking to see if Homer's on the other side of the bar, out of sight i.e. so drunk he's passed out on the floor.

oh i thought it had to do with something like either Moe was drunk, stalling, or maybe Homer and the rest were downstairs. thanks for clearing that up
