Is it just me or have they refrenced it more than American Dad? @Jesse Pinkman

i wouldn't know
Stan did have a cameo in one episode which i think was lois kills stewie
I know they've alluded to it a few times but I don't think they've actually ever mentioned the show by it's name specifically. They did say "American Boy" during a cutaway one time though, the joke being that they got the name wrong and confused it with Family Guy (or "Family Man" or something in the clip). Also I Stan and Roger have appeared twice from what I remember.
Roger appeared in one of the Star Wars specials
Aswell as that time travelling episode
Stan appears in Lois Kills Stewie
Aswell as the one where Bryan goes republican

roger appears at the end of meet the quagmires
Oh right that's what the episode's called.
Also Klaus appeared in that one star wars special aswell.
The Star Wars parody you're referring to was called "It's a trap". Stan was also in a deleted scene from that episode. Roger has actually been in two of the Star Wars parodies (He appears in the Cantina scene along with Bender, Coach McGurk and the Evil Monkey in "Blue Harvest" and he had dialogue in "It's a trap")
Also another AD joke on Family Guy that never made it to air (I don't even think it made it to the animatic stage), was going to be in the episode "I dream of Jesus", where when Peter is asked for his name by the bouncer at Jesus' party and says "I'm Peter Griffin from Family Guy" he was going to whisper something to the effect of "Listen, uh, the American Dad guys are behind us, and uh, they're not actually with us, so don't let them in".
I can't remember exactly why it got cut. It's been a long time since I last heard the commentary for that episode.
Just be thankful
Wasn't Klaus Admiral Ackbar or something in It's a Trap?
