Thread: The Worst Simpson episode?

(Users Browsing this Thread: )

The Greatest Story Ever D'ohed. Most bad episodes either leave me bored or annoyed. This one left me shaking my head in bewilderment as to how it was deemed a product satisfactory to be made and aired.

"A totally fun thing Bart will never do again" was one of the worst episodes I've seen; terribly random ending IMO.

Yeah just reading there is a lot of reviews by people that hate the ending , I thought it was fine and the sniper gag is hilarious.

I guess the rag episode is the worst one I've seen.I've missed most of the Jean era though.

The Principal and the Pauper was a horrible horrible idea, but there are still too many good jokes to have it anywhere near my bottom.

'Homer Simpson, this is your wife' for me. I've already elaborated on the abysmal animation direction and awkward unfunny gags.

Moe Goes From Rags to Riches. Not funny whatsoever and the story is terrible. Nothing good about it.

Well, ya'know if you stay positive and forget about trivial things like "proper characterization," "Satire," and "emotional depth" watching new Simpsons episodes can be a seemingly enjoyable lie.

If the show had stopped at S20, S11 would've been the worst season. Season 21 took that title in stride.

For me, it was the very first sign of the show going downhill. I don't know if I'd consider it the worst episode ever anymore, but it was definitely the worst of the classic era.

I agree with this one as well. Since Skinner had been just a principal for so many seasons, it's terrible how he is suddenly revealed as a fraud.
