I don't have a top 5 but my favorite actress in animation is Kristen Schaal for the voice of Louise on Bob's Burger.

Five years ago it would have been a lot different, but at the moment I guess my top five would be the following. I'm not going by voice acting talent; rather their roles and how well their voices suit their respective roles.
5. Jessica Walter: Marlory Archer, Archer
4. H. Jon Benjamin: Sterling Archer, Archer
3. Billy West: Futurama
2. Trey Parker: South Park
1. Dan Castellaneta: The Simpsons
In fact, I think Archer is a brilliantly cast show. Every singly voice actor is distinguishable in some way and suit their roles very well.Simpsons Tapped Out ID: Knightboat89
