Well there was actually a flashback of Agnes doing a pole vault, and it showed Skinner/Armin in utero. He kicked a little bit while she was in the air and it somehow screwed up her whole routine. He kind of made a mumble too (because you know, they wanted to be as scientific and realistic as possible ) and it was obviously Skinner/Armin/Harry Shearer's voice.

Thanks for finding the images. This was what I was talking about. And it also sounded like Skinner so I figured that it couldn't be Tamzarian. And also later, Skinner admits that him kicking in the utero was unforgivable. Kind of odd isn't it?

Eh, The Principle and the Pauper was so far beneath contempt that they should've just disowned and ignored it completely; retconning it out is too good for it!
