Several items were released to promote “Who shot Mr. Burns?”, especially part two (Fox also offered a contest to tie in with the mystery).
I’m interested to make a complete and detailed list of that merchandise, and you guys can help posting here informations about those items.
I’m also curious to know if you own any of those promotional collectibles.

It's obvious whoever shot Mr. Burns also colored Smithers' hair wrong.

Ok, not a promotional item, but this collectible is simply great!
Here is a wonderful limited edition (200 pieces) set of two hand painted cels (both signed by Matt Groening). Interestingly, this was the first ever release to consist of two cels.
