If you could introduce a new character on The Simpsons, who would it be and why?

If you could introduce a new character on The Simpsons, who would it be and why?
I mean: what is your dream character?
A new baby for Marge and Homer? A new Simpson family’s next door neighbor? A new star of slapstick sketch comedy show on Canal Ocho?
Maybe a four-eyed fish!
Extended relatives, family friends, co-workers, teachers, townspeople, local celebrities, fictional characters… Use your fantasy!

I'd like a character with a very classy mustache and a very suave name, who is admired by all. Or just some badass character that's very likeable, unlike most of the post-classic characters

If I were to introduce a new character I probably base it on something original, not a copycat of another Simpsons Character. I would also want to add an American Stereotype to it since lots of Springfieldians, even those who are immigrants from Asia, Europe, South America, has that. Also, since their are a lot of characters who are people who are from or descended from other countries in Springfield, I would probably choose someone who is a descendent or immigrant of that country.

Rango, the wise-cracking Gaga-hating ranter, who appears in Season 25 in the episode ''Ranting is a Many-Speaker Thing'' trying to convince the Simpsons to go back to the way they were. However, in the end, Bart accidentally drops his Mintendo Zentertainment Mystem on Rango, killing him instantly. The entire family has a laugh, saying that they're awesome and don't need to change.

The show would later be cancelled after that episode.

How about they just make one of the real-life actors into a permanent member of the show? It seems like the natural direction to go in. Have you seen the temporary characters they've been adding to the show as of late? They're terrible! I'd rather see an unoriginal character than let the character designers run amok and make another dishevelled, original mess.
