@Oh, that's raspberry!, yes. Girly Edition, right? They didn't use those kind of one-note characters (Rich Texan, Disco Stu, Gil) nearly as much as they do now though. Gil as a lawyer is somewhat tolerable though, I guess.

In the last few seasons they've hardly used any of those characters outside a passing cameo. I can think of maybe a few times they were significant in an a or b plot....at most...

Well I mean it was pretty obvious. When I think of 20 characters from the show I naturally think of Cat Lady and Gil over Dr. Hibbert, Edna, Lenny, Carl, Barney, Professor Frink, etc...
