Men in Black IV in the works?

    Aw, hell naw.

This new film, MiB 3, has made loads of money, of course, a sequel is planned, Will and Tommy are attached to reprise roles, let's hope it goes under like Spidey 4.

Please no. Was there ever a need to resurrect this franchise?

Oh God, I loved the 1st 2 but 3 was to me, unneeded, and as for 4? It'll bomb, I'll bet ya.

Toy Story 4 and now Men in Black 4?

Be careful for what you wish for when people asked for a new movie of old franchises!

I don't think I care enough for this franchise to be bothered with worrying about a fourth film somehow ruining the franchise. I remember I owned a VHS of the first back in the day I'd never watch....or maybe it was my brother's...

Men in Black is not an epic enough franchise to warrant Roman Numerals.

Not too surprising, though, considering the 3rd movie bounced the franchise back and Hollywood's love of sequels.

You mean Hollywood's fear of taking a chance on anything remotely original, right?

    Yeah, that too.

I guess I can understand their lack of risk-taking from a business standpoint, given what a huge investment a film is to produce... It can just get a little tiresome after awhile.

They need to quit while they're ahead. 3 is one of the best movies ive seen all year but 2 obviously shows they're capable of making unwatchable retarded horseshit.

How are they going to get Tommy Lee Jones back for this?

I mean during 3 he looked like he was on the verge of collapse. I wouldn't be surprised if he only shows up in 4 for about ten minutes.

I loved MIB3 but I wish they'd just end it there, it was a nice wrap-up for the franchise. Do we really need to see Agent J go back again to a young K and mess up with continuity even more? Nah. Leave it as is. It's perfect. Don't touch.

I'd doubt they'd do the same thing twice; I mean the whole "becoming an origin story" thing would be worn out if they did it a 4th time...

Definitely, but something I really don't want to see is a 'passing of the baton' film, introducing new younger agents to take on the franchise. That just wouldn't be worth it!
