Well if we include those countries then no I'd rather live in the USA than any Middle East or poor African countries! If we are being realistic, it's at the bottom of the list alongside Australia, Russia, Turkey, Croatia and Serbia!

Although if I had to choose only places in the U.S. to live, it would be either the Pacific Northwest, New York or Chicago.

I can understand! It's why I wouldn't move to Australia! For some reason the idea of moving there makes me nauseous!

What's wrong with the Australian lifestyle? It actually seems pretty similar to Canada's minus the winters.

I don't know. I just don't like the idea of living in Australia, maybe because it's too far from home?

OK, let's see you live in the Maldives, having to pose as a Muslim and be in constant fear that your country's going to become a goner due to rising sea levels!

How about I don't move in:

    1) In countries that I live in constant fear
    2) Poor African countries
    3) The Middle East
    4) USA, Australia, Russia, Croatia, Turkey and Serbia.

    There we go!

The Middle East gets a bad rap. For example, I think I'd be perfectly happy living in Jordan.

At least it won't have Greece.

I know the economy there is starting to tank, but Dubai isn't too shabby either.

I love San Francisco! It's always in the 60s-80s. I'd definitely live there if I could afford it. LA is overrated as hell, Northern California is great.

Downsides: earthquakes, no good swimming beaches, fog, EXPENSIVE

America for sure, somewhere like Seattle [which I went to, back in 2006].

Canada, specifically Vancouver or Victoria. I lived in Vancouver for five months with a friend after high school, and I'd gladly do it again.
