24 Minutes has to be one of the most overrated episodes of the Jean Era. Marge Gamer is even worse. I don't recall Springfield Up so I'll just assume it belongs in the Top 4. Haw-Hawed is the best episode of the season. If I had things my way it and Margie with the Light Blue Hair would've advanced...oh well...someone start Season 19 up, I'm itchin' ta kill Mona Leaves' A as quickly as possible!

Springfield Up is pretty good up until the end, where Homer gets into mega-jerkass mode. Yet everyone mysteriously seems to ignore that...

The only things I remember about Springfield Up are I think little Carl in a time machine, and Homer and Declan Desmond singing at the end which I thought was stupid.
