everyone has already shared why they dislike it and why the 'similar concepts' idea on the other cartoons was a bad comparison. debate that or something. don't hide behind the "it's my opinion, who cares if you disagree" argument

I can tell you why. I don't hate the show but I do know why others hate it. It's due to that the comedy and format and sometimes animation is unoriginal but the most vital reason is the idea is unoriginal because it's the same thing over and over again. Sorry but it's true, it's similar to Seth McFarlane Show's American Dad and Family Guy. Even though the criticism of Family Guy being way too similar to The Simpsons, people loved it because it went into a different direction of humor... basically MOST of the humor was original. When American Dad came, it was mixed with even Family Guy fans because it felt like a Republican Version of Family Guy. When the Cleveland show came out, people were not really sure about it. Some people even say Cleveland Show is a rip-off of American Dad and American Dad is a rip off of Family Guy. I mean think about it. Matt Groening created The Simpsons based on original humor that is often true in everyday life and emotional story telling about every day situations. Than he created his next popular series, Futurama. It was original in comedy because it made fun of science. It was original in animation because it focused on a more futuristic setting. Instead of a Dysfunctional Family you have co-workers working at a delivery company. That's original. People like original stuff. I know that their are a lot of fans of the Cleveland Show but you have to admit, Seth McFarlane has to stop doing the same idea over and over again. Originality is what people want, why do you think some people complain about Modern Simpsons? It's because some of their episodes reused ideas, a lot of people like it because their reusing that idea in a different direction but some don't because it's still pretty much the same idea.

Okay, I admit it, The Cleveland Show is unoriginal, but it makes me laugh, and that's why I like it so much. I don't mind that the episodes aren't memorable, but that gives me reason to watch them over and over, and it will never get old. I thought King of the Hill was the "worst. show. ever". Cleveland Show is okay, but I will admit, Seth can get rid of Tim the Bear. If he does that, he would have more free time to spend on Family Guy, and not have to worry about the Cleveland Show as much. Tim's wife is really boring, and I wish they would kill their family off A.S.A.P.
