    Gravity Falls

Did anyone else watch the pilot? Because I thought it was fantastic. If you want to check it out, it's free on iTunes right now. The actual show premieres on the 29th, and I can't wait.

I'm up to the fourth episode. And I think it's just funny. It really is a decently funny kids show.
    I love it.
I'm formal. But I'm here to party.

Actually does look pretty good. I'll give it a try whenever possible.

The humor really reminds me of the Simpsons. They have a good combination. It's like they can't be too risky or outrageous like typical sitcoms because it is a show for kids but they seem to want to push what humor is on it.

Just got into this show reciently and I really love it. It's a breath of fresh air from the stupid ass, wacky, over the top series that tend to dominate disney programming.

I love this show. Seen about 5 or so episodes so far, and my favourite is the Time Traveller's Pig - Waddles is just so darn adorable!

The Summerween episode was great as well; just saw it yesterday.

The humour reminds me of old Simpsons/Spongebob which I love.

I've been able to catch that pig/time travel one and half of the one where they hang out with the older kids on TV. They were pretty good.

I saw the first 4 and part of the 5th one on youtube, and they are very good. This show just feels nice to watch and doesn't do anything very annoying or irritable like alot of other new cartoons on today, and has very detailed animation with an interesting mystery element in it. Easily one of the best cartoons on right now and I can easily call it a classic.
Just because I'm stupider than them, they think they're smarter than me!

I watched and read a little about an ep where the protagonist summons a fighter from the classic gaming era to take care of a bully for him. I laud that segment for its intricate attention to detail in the design, animation and quirky dialogue of the 16-bit Ryu-eque character.

The Halloween special was great, it was really reminiscent to me of the Halloween specials from the 90's like Hey, Arnold! and Rugrats, etc. etc. I nearly passed out laughing at the slideshow with Waddles in the end credits set to "9 to 5".

I wish they would hurry up and release another episode.

    @ Takes_Life_Soony

I thought it reminded me of old simpsons.
In the context that you feel that Dipper and Mabel are just kids.

This show is pretty good, quite funny. Dan McGrath is one of the writers on there.

I just found out that Matt Chapman (One of the Homestar Runner creators as well as the voice of several characters) is involved in this show...might give it a look-see

I just saw an entire episode for the first time last night "Boss Mabel" and I have to say I really liked it, it's good for a Disney cartoon and hopefully they won't cancel it like they did with Motorcity.
I also really like the animation and especially like the into.

I was biased against it because I am so appalled with what Disney has become that I refused to give it a second of my time, and I can't even stand the commercials anymore. But I've never heard anything short of praise about this even from the toughest cartoon critics I know, so perhaps I'll give it a try.

Yeah same here, yu should give there cartoons a try as there usually okay but there live action shit is terrible.
Although really Gravity Falls and Motorcity are/were there best shows in a very very long time.

Gravity Falls is okay but the one episode I've seen of Motorcity was bad.

It's a pretty good show. I kind of like it more than Phineas & Ferb.

I just can't get into Phineas and Ferb I just don't like it very much, it's not terrible but I wouldn't say it's very good. I mean someof the dialouge is kinda clever but most of the show is just annoyongly bad music and sister being a buzzkill.

I finally decided to watch the rest of the Season this week to catch up, starting with Summerween and Boss Mabel. Still really loving the show's clever jokes and detailed animation. One of the only show's still on today that actually feels as great and classic as cartoons from the 90's. If you haven't seen the show, watch it immediately and give it a go.

Phineas and Ferb is pretty good and can have some good dialogue and songs, but after a while it felt like the same thing every episode and really repetitive on the same formula. I know it's aware of this and changes it up and makes fun of it a lot, but it still gets kind of boring and repetitive to watch after a while. Still, a good show to watch once in a while.

Yeah I just watched Summerween about an hour ago and it was a really great episode.I'm going to catch up on episodes I have a bunch set to record on my dvr. I also really want to see whichever episode this scene is from, it looks hilarious.

That idle animation joke was so good.

That episode's called Fight Fighters. Will probably watch that episode next, then the one with the Time Traveler and the first appearance of Wad
