Personally, I love the "Lisa Simpson Superstar" from Lisa Goes Gaga and "Margerine" from That 90s Show.

Otherwise the 'See my Vest', ' Happy Birthday Lisa' and 'Flaming Moe' are all good as well.

The Planet of the Apes musical - specifically the "chimpan-a to chimpanzee" part.

Other good ones: Anything from A Streetcar Named Marge, the monorail song, Baby On Board, Who Needs the Kwik-E-Mart, See My Vest - pretty much any song from the classic era. The post-classic era has good songs too, but they've really cut down on them, probably for legal reasons.

I have the soundtracks somewhere, and the first two are practically unplayable now because of how scratched and worn out they are.
