The Pirates! In an Adventure With Scientists

Noticed there hasn't been much love around here for Aardman's newest claymation film. Saw it tonight and absolutely loved it. One of the funniest animated films I've seen in years. Go see it if you haven't, everyone in the theater was having a great time

Heard good things. Though I was slightly disappointed with Flushed Away, I'll probably go see this this weekend.

It's vastly superior to Flushed Away. It's the first Aardman film directed by Pete Lord since Chicken Run, which was a phenomenal film. There's nothing really deep to The Pirates!, but it doesn't need to be. It's just guaranteed fun throughout the whole 90 minute period and the voice acting was great aside from the obviously dubbed American voice for the Albino Pirate

I saw the film a few weekends ago. It was better than Flushed Away, which I didn't really care for that much. In this movie, it was all fun and had great voices to it. I'm giving it a 4/5.
Aardman's Chicken Run is my favorite film from their team.

I didn't know it was out, there hasn't been anything that really has me interested.

Since it's by the W&S guys, I may go out and catch a showing of it.
