    I don't think they'll move either unless they're REALLY far out of it by the midpoint anyway. In fact I'm still hopeful they'll sign Hamels. But yeah, I heard what GM Ruben Amaro had to say about it all too...

    Just think though, Howard is due to come back soon and Utley will be back soon as well. Things will turn around for them eventually, they're a better team than what their record shows.

    I hope you're right. The thing is though Howard and Utley are probably gonna struggle for at least a couple of weeks when they come back if not longer. And others could always get injured in the meantime. Those 3 losses to the Mets just this week were particularly painful. It wasn't even their offense's fault this time, the bullpen decided to become crap. They had leads late in all 3 of those games....just thinking about it makes me wanna...

    They have a strong pitching staff and amazing talent, something the Brewers don't have. Besides, I've never seen the Brewers win a World Series!

    The season is young yet and like I said, Howard and Utley will be coming back. Howard will likely be coming back quite a bit earlier than Utley. Howard's presence will definitely take some pressure off of Pence. You also can't go wrong with Doc, Hamels, the rise of Worley, and Papelbon to put the nail in the coffin.

    So I think I've made it perfectly clear that of the Big 5 sports Basketball is one of my least favorite and I don't ever really watch it, but still...how bout them 76ers? Last time I checked they were down 24 to 12 I think only to see they came back to win and even the series at 2 games a piece. I honestly thought they'd get swept by the Bulls, but now they're even giving the Celtics a tough time. Good for them, sincerely.

    Also, Phillies have won six in a row, finally back above .500 for the first time since Opening Day. Hope they can keep it up.

    What do y'all think of the new 2 - 3 format for the first round of the playoffs? I'm against it, hope they change it asap.

    While I'm thinking about it I also despise the DH. Not true baseball. Makes me sad to think the NL will likely be using it in my lifetime.
