For me, it's golf.

There is something about that stupid sport that brings out the worst side of me. It's such a simple game with a simple concept, but the execution of it leaves so little room for error. Did you move your wrists a little too much? You're slicing the ball way left. Let up a little in your knees during your swing? You just topped the ball. Putted the ball just a little too hard? Now it's rolled to the bottom of a hill.

It's weird with golf because I don't ever go aggro playing other sports (like tennis). Golf just gets under my skin for some reason. And that's like the worst sport for this to happen, since it's so mental.

I've not played an awful lot of golf, but yeah in my experience it was pretty frustrating.

Video gaming tends to do it to me. I'll get stroppy playing the missions on GTA, but it's worst when playing with friends, particularly those that are genuinely better than I am at most games. A lot of people do seem to have the same problem though, perhaps it makes one feel inadequate to keep being beaten.

I agree, Company Picnic. Video games really get me worked up. I've literally stopped playing Modern Warfare 3 with the most recent string of cheating that I've witnessed within the last month. It's also frustrating when you have to do a specific task in a game and the littlest thing makes you fail and start the task over.

Anything that involves competition. I actually got pissed playing 'Four Rows'! (or whatever it's called)

There's just this...sore loser bit in me. I can accept defeat but I always feel so bitter when I do!

Video games can do it, but I can come down from it ok as long as absolutely no one around me tells me to "calm down." Once people start telling me to calm down, like I would've in 5 minutes anyway, it starts pressing my buttons.

There are some anime I watch where specific "tropes" happen, and it pisses me off so much that I want to quit the show. But everything in TV at some point has formulaic, predictable plots, tropes, events, and types of episodes so there's really no reason for me to get as mad at I do at anime vs. say live action shows.

Scenes in movies where the stuff they should do is in-your-face obvious but they don't seem to realize until it's too late; a ton of movies do this, I end up yelling at the screen telling them what to do and then calling them names when they realize too late, really takes me out of the movie when they do that.

I go from normal to Hulk in a few minutes when people don't think before they speak. I should probably tolerate it a lot more but man, I can only deal with so much stupidity in a shift at work.

this game called iRunner that i have on my phone. you're a candle and you try to get as many batteries as the mission says. it's really hard because you have to push 'slide' or 'jump' hard; you have to push down on them right when you need to. i have died so many times in that game because i push 'slide', and it doesn't freaking slide.

i also hate when walking around my neighborhood, and someone in a car sees me and people wave. it just comes across as "We're going to wave to random people to see if they actually wave back, aren't we awesome?!"

When I read rather negative opinions regarding Simpsons/Anime episodes I like. I rarely respond back though so that's something I guess...it applies to other things like movies or politics too, but those don't come up as often.

people who retweet things on twitter. a lot of things. i was following some account that had followed me, and literally every tweet was a retweet of something else. it was so annoying. it's like, i follow you because i want to see your on tweets, not retweets from other people. i dunno why but retweeting has basically made me hate twitter, because half of what i see when i go on, are retweets.

Having the radio on and the radio always playing some stupid pop song that I've listened to a million times despite not even liking it and not even trying to listen to it whenever it's there.
I listen to a radio station called Sheffield Live, they always play a variety of music with the odd duffer, and when I change the radio station to avoid that duffer I hear some pop tripe.
I generally hate pop music anyway but the sheer repetition really grinds my gears further.

I'm talking the people who think they're hilarious by copy/pasting "THE DISLIKE BAR IS THE SIZE OF JUSTIN BIEBER'S PENIS" into a YouTube comment and the ones that mail death threats to Selena Gomez for stealing their precious or whatever.

Overly simplified generalizations.

It's not overly simplified, go down to the US and listen to one of their radio stations; dance pop/hip-hop especially dominates stations like KIIS-FM. It's a shame because a lot of people's favorite songs is whatever's on the radio today, artists like Ke$ha and Wiz Khalifa and those songs have been forgotten about as soon as they're introduced. Look at this list here, name one super popular song that's not dance pop.

It's not just the radio (which Clear Channel unfortunately control) it's other genres as well. I mean every era had a genre that defined it, grunge, disco, punk, new wave, what do we have? Electropop dance songs, and that's nothing new. The problem is no one is trying to come up with new music; the only people that seem to be coming up with new and innovative music are independent artists (I've listened to a few) but they're going to have significant trouble getting through the CC hurdles and onto the radio. I get that music is entertainment but music also defines everything and places itself into important parts of history; without music to define us, we're just empty shells of husk.

I may write an article about this, I mean there are tons of reasons why music is terribly commercialized crap, tons of reasons why nothing will be remembered in 20 years by over 75% of the worlds population that can't be fit into a forum post.
