    Yeah, I think Quake 3 is on Dreamcast and PlayStation 2 and they have recently made Quake Arena Arcade.

    If the XBOX or any of the other modern video game consoles never came about, do you think the Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis would have been a huge hit if they stayed the way they were?

    I think the Super Nintendo could have stayed popular during the N64 years since that console was an iffy entry into the 3-D world so similar games to Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy III would still be popular. You don't need good graphics, just simple fun.

    But I'm not really a fan of all this retro popularity anyway so I would need to move on sometime..

    I'm just curious to see if gaming would still be big if the modern systems never came about and if the best quality was Super Nintendo. I just think of "what if" scenarios because they're fun!

    Just started Golden Sun: Dark Dawn for the DS. I never played the earlier game but I think they gave enough background info to get the gist of it. About 90 minutes in and just finished the tutorial portion, at least I assume.
