Season 15 VS Season 16

As the topic that was created for Seasons 13 and 14, I think it's helpful to do the same for seasons 15 and 16. I think the one for the seasons 13 and 14 is unnecessary and it would be the same for many other season. However, for seasons 15 and 16, I think it is good to do this topic because for me they are two seasons that are fairly recent and probably the two best seasons since season 10. Moreover, they are very similar so I want to know with one is the most appreciated by members of No Homers Club.

I adore Season 16, next to 9(probably) it is imo the best post-classic season...however I feel fairly confident in saying most if not all other members here would choose 15.

For me it's season 15 for the many great episode but I have to said that I also love season 16 very much.

16 by far, although it contains one of my least favorites ever, She Used to Be My Girl.

I would pick season 15. Seson 16 had a few episodes I like ( Sleeping With The Eneny, Home Away From Homer, and The Heartbroke Kid), but season 15 had most of my personal favourite Jean episodes (I Doh Bot, Milhouse Doesn't Live Here Anymore, Fraudcast News, and My Mother the Carjacker)

Season 16

Highlights: "Midnight Rx", "There's Something About Marrying", "On a Clear Day I Can't See My Sister", "Goo Goo Gai Pan", "Future-Drama", "Don't Fear the Roofer",

Lowlights: "Sleeping With the Enemy", "She Used to Be My Girl", "Homer and Ned's Hail Mary Pass", "Pranksta Rap", "The Seven-Beer Snitch", and "The Heartbroke Kid".

It's a pretty tough call.. maybe I shouldn't have voted on this one.. season 16 seems to be a pretty even mix of bad and good episodes, whilst season 15 is all over the damn place.. but really doesn't have that many likable episodes.

Season 16 is better... and the more I think on it.. season 15 is at the very bottom of my season rankings along with seasons 21 and 22.

Season 15, as it was probably the most consistent, emotionally strong season since season 9. There were loads of duds in season 16 , whereas season 15's poor episode are just bland or untinteresting, apart from "Bart Mangled Banner" which was pointless and terrible in equal measures. Season 15 has many highlights including "My Mother the Carjacker", "I'Doh'Bot", "Diatribe of a Mad Housewife", "The President Wore Pearls", "Tis the Fifteenth Season", "The Way we weren't" and "Fraudcast News". In fact when I think about it it really is a decent season consisdering the reputation Al Jean has.
