There, now it's over. Sad to see Homer the Smithers go though, I just wanted to get it over with.
At least this isn't nearly as bad as when I had to decide between Homer the Heretic and Marge vs. the Monorail at the end of the season 4 hurt and heal tournament.

As usual the over-rated episodes come out on top. Another list full of sad disappointments.

I disagree that Summer of 4 ft 2 and Bart Sells His Soul are overrated, they both represent the pinnacle of the season for me.

Fairly satisfied with the Top 4 generally. Would've preferred to see Marge Be Not Proud and Bart on the Road in there instead of Homediddly-dum-doodily and King-Size Homer, though.

Well I find Home Sweet to be the best episode ever, and not overrated in the slightest, so pleased that that got through.
Would have liked to have Marge Be Not Proud in addition to Home Sweet (they're pretty much the same in quality).
King-Size Homer is a solid episode, but there are plenty of better episodes from the season.
Summer of 4 ft 2 and Bart Sells His Soul are both excellent episode (A grade), but there are still quite a few episodes from Season 7, that are better than them (22 Short Films, The Day the Violence Died, Bart on the Road etc.).

Happy with 1/4 of them (in Season 5 it was 3/4, in Season 6 it was 2/4), sort of okay with the rest. Looking at the comments here, it seems that there's a lot of disagreement over which episodes in this Season are the best ones, when in other seasons, agreement can be largely universal.
