    I didn't outright say anything you posted is "bad", just against the grain if you will. I just find the more cinematic animation more interesting rather than just goofy facial expressions or characters drawn slightly off model.

    I'm not flipping out and I didn't say Disco was breaking the rules. It just his images are different from most that's all, no big deal. I think Jake and I have pushed Disco's buttons too much today, he'll be back.

    Modern, HD animation is terrible. The characters might be more on model, but they move very stiffly and it looks BORING. All of your pics you posted is from the time the show was more fun to watch.
    Well, ya'know if you stay positive and forget about trivial things like "proper characterization," "Satire," and "emotional depth" watching new Simpsons episodes can be a seemingly enjoyable lie.
