It's not his comments on this thread that pissed me off Bartist, don't worry about it. The pathetic coward had his say and I had mine.

Okay moving on...so glad LETS got #1!

Yeah, it's a pretty good episode. Wouldn't say #1 but I have no problem with it being it.

A few more notable scenes from Bart's Inner Child:
    The "Feel Bad Rainbow"
Phil Hartman and Albert Brooks doing the promotional video
Principal Skinner tearing apart the dummy mother
Rev. Lovejoy attempting The Entertainer on the church organ,
    Otto's chaotic parking lot,
Smithers' line "The boathouse was the time",
    Mcgonigle ending

If I had to do my list over again, there would definitely be some Season 5 picks in there that I missed before.

yeah missing Season 5 is weird, I mean I haven't seen a full season since 16 but you're missing out on part of the show's peak

I realize it's strange. For some reason Season 5 was just not one of the seasons I had until recently.

    I also don't have 1, 2, and 3 yet.

    but you've seen 1, 2 and 3.

Homer Badman sure sticks out like a sore thumb, just a little overrated. It's nice to revisit this list.

homer badman is the only episode in this top ten that's in my top ten.

  27. #386

Homer Badman is a brilliant episode. Great satire of the sensationalist media (which has sadly only got worse since the episode was written)

Exactly. It's an episode that's gotten better with age.

  29. #388

It is a very good episode, just not top 5 material IMO. It is nice to see some different episodes get such high praise I guess.

Only a few select episodes. I actually saw a couple episodes from Season 5 before getting the DVD, but they weren't good enough to make my list.

Homer Badman was in my Top 50, I think, but near the back. Slightly overrated episode.
