I've never been a huge fan of 'Homer at the Bat' - yeah it has plenty of good jokes and is an all-round quality showing, but as an episode it's not the best example of the season for me.
One thing that is quite disgraceful is that Burns Verkaufen der Kraftwerk and Lisa the Greek were eliminated so early, although of course it's all subjective and purely down to opinion. Hopefully everyone will think deeply about the episodes they're eliminating for Season 4.
Still we have a nice top 4 so I'm not complaining too much.

Un-friggin-believable.
Homer at the Bat didn't make it and Bart the Murderer did. Bart the Murderer. An episode I find only average. This is the biggest travesty in the history of NoHomers!!!!!

If it makes you feel any better, Homer at the Bat should easily be the top ranked Season 3 episode in the overall Top 100 list when it's posted (edging out Flaming Moe's). I believe Bart the Murderer was sitting outside of the Top 100 until the final rankings submission 10 minutes before the thread was closed.
We should try and outdo ourselves in the next round and boot Last Exit to Springfield before the Final 4 just for laughs. You can help out on that front Financial Panther seeing how it's your least favorite from that season and all.

Looking back on my Top 50 list, my ideal Top 4 from that season would be Lisa's First Word, Homer's Triple Bypass, Selma's Choice, and Mr. Plow. There's also a few other episodes that I put before LETS.

It's a solid final four for the season. I'd rather have Homer at the Bat stay in over Flaming Moe's, but other than that it's good.
