There's a bunch of those now. Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin also have apps.

I love Dylan, still making great records and he'll be 71 this year!

    I'm sure there's a proper Dylan thread but I can't find it...

What do people make of his 80s output? Had massively written it off but just given it a listen now and there's some great tracks. Brownsville Girl and Dark Eyes are sublime.

Shot of Love is pretty great. Angelina really deserved a place on it though over one of the weaker tracks though.
Infidels is another solid album, again there's some superb outtakes that could have taken it to the next level.

I've made a playlist that combines the best from Empire/Knocked Out/Down in the Groove. There really are some good tracks hidden under ghastly production (Brownsville, Silvio, I'll Remember You, Death Is Not The End, ect.)

Oh Mercy is Dylan close to his best.

Glad I finally took the plunge into his 80's work.

I like the album "Infidels" quite a bit.

"Empire Burlesque" and "Oh Mercy" are solid.

"Shot of Love" ain't bad though most of those songs are done better on a bootleg show. I don't care a lot for the rest of his 80's output. I have everything by Bob Dylan by the way. With the exception of his most recent album so I'm a good guy to ask about Dylan related questions. I'm a member of a Dylan fan forum also. Much more active on that one.

Been tempted to make an account on Expecting Rain myself. What are your favourite tracks on Empire Burlesque?
