NHC Winter 2012 Fundraiser - Help keep the forum online!

Why We Do This: Server, software, and miscellaneous costs for nohomers.net, its associated domains, and nerdgroupies.com costs the NHC team approximately $1,500 a year, and we will only receive an estimated $200 to $300 in advertisement revenue. So, we rely on support from members like you to keep the forums online. We have run these fundraisers continuously since the early days of the NHC.

What's Coming to the NHC in 2012: A No Homers Club app for your iPhone & android phone (software already purchased), instant/real-time notifications, a working arcade, chocolate microscopes, double guitars, and many new members & discussions as The Simpsons celebrates its 500th episode.


NHC/NG Community Goal: $750


Prizes! (For non-moderator contributors)

Top Donator: You will be an NHC global moderator for two weeks. You get nifty blue stars, a temporarily inflated feeling of self-importance, etc.

2nd Highest Donator: You will be an NHC moderator of any forum of your choice for two weeks.

I know it must take quite a lot of time to do something like that. I'll be very happy if it comes out at the end of 2012. Very excited!

i've purchased the iphone/android app API but, as i think i've said elsewhere, i need to upgrade the board script before it can be installed. i'm planning to upgrade this spring and an app will follow shortly there after.
