I'm going to run a 5k (3 mile) race tomorrow, and it is the first time I've ever been in a race (it's for school). Anyone have any words of confidence or anything?

First of all good luck
Second don't start running as fast as you can in the beginning, ' cause you're gonna be tired after that and others will run you by, so take it slow in the beginning so you can have all the energy in the last round and give it your best
Third: Don't think of your muscles, let your mind keep telling you you can do this, the more confidence you get the easier it'll be to run
Fourth don't drink any sweets like coke or sugar drinks before the game, but plenty of water 'cause you're gonna sweat a lot and sugars give you a stomach pain and don't last very long and you'll give up
Fifth: All the best of luck from me, let me know how it went

Oh and last but not least, if you finish and your out of breath walk around with you back straight up instead of standing with your hands on your knees, your heartrate will get a lot slower, your muscles won't ache and you inhale more air that way

This is such an amazing question, haha. Well, it all depends on what you ate because if it's something that upsets your stomach, it's going to reek and won't be tolerable but if they don't smell, the sound is all you're going to have to deal with.
