no, i'm not saying that at all.

this thread, which just being posted like 3 or so days ago, is already almost the equivalent to that old thread (which btw, no one has posted in for 10 days). this thread is having people reply to it now.

we all want a lounge thread, what's the harm in making this one that thread? yes, we already have an 'official' lounge thread, but if no one is posting there and instead posting here, why not just make this that thread?

this thread is a parody of a thread that itself was plucked from the numerous other forums; while it is getting more responses, the longevity of the lounge thread cannot be denied and to shun one for the other just doesn't seem logical. Besides, you'd be saying the same thing about some other random thread if it got as many replies as this one.

I'm really sorry, I just don't see this as a lounge thread.

i mainly just think it would work not for being random, but because of the word 'discussion', which is a parody/joke/whatever, but implies that there are discussions to be had, so it could work out as a lounge. the randomness and the length does not mean anything to me, but the word discussion being in the title does. like i said, i don't really care which is the lounge thread, the other one works fine.

edit. all this talk and no one has made a post in that thread? well then
