The episode is "The Bart Wants What It Wants"
"Lemonade?"
"Please"
I can't remember the name of the episode, but there is a scene where Mr.Teeny has been released into the wild.As the wild monkeys menacingly surround him,a tuxedo-wearing,Fez hatted Mr Teeny nervously lights up a cigarette. The Alpha male monkey leans in towards him and slaps it from his face.I sometimes wonder what awful fate was about to happen to him.Pure genius.

When Homer accidentally gets his thumb cut off,Santa's Little Helper runs off with it and Homer pursues him.
"What about people food-I can get you people food",he yells, but the dog runs off.
"Ohh....I have nothing he wants!"
This from "The Dad Who Knew Too Little"-Homer scans the list of expenses which Dexter Colt has run up.."Silver bullets?!!"Colt replies."Yeah...early on I was working on a theory that your daughter was a were-wolf......didn't pan out."
Dexter Colt was a pretty plot specific character, but he could have been used(albeit sparingly) in more episodes. He would have been a writer's goldmine of Forties slang-terms.
I think it was "Trilogy Of Error"
Homer: Well why is Grandpa here?
Abe: 'cos Jasper didn't wanna come by himself.
- Last Exit To Springfield
i'd love to claim that i was trolling there but i wasn't.
*- The Principal and the Pauper
"Have the Rolling Stones killed."
The scene from Mom and Pop Art where Homer attempts to build a barbecue. The entire scene is hilarious, but the ending part always gets me:
Marge: How's your father's project coming along?
Bart: I think he's almost done.
(In the background, Homer lets out this hilarious scream and rams into the BBQ with an umbrella and falls over)
Bart: Yeah, he's done.
The cat rubbing her(his?) eyes and throwing away bag of Catnip.
"Any sign of the burglar yet?
"He'll show"
"How's that?"
"It's his job"
"How's that?"
"He's a burglar"
(Dun-Du-Du-Duun.......Dun-Du-Du-Duun music)
*Homer and Skinner keep nodding repeatedly*
Ned Flanders enthusing about cider to Homer in "Burns,Baby,Burns".And the "foliage" thing.
Oh,and Homer talking though a Kazoo.

remember your hippopotamus oath!
-Homer's Triply Bypass
The family are driving home after watching Spingfield's baseball team(The Isotopes) lose another game.Lisa suggests that the team might reach the playoffs this season.
"You'll be in your cold, cold grave before that happens",says Homer.
Marge turns to Homer,despairingly-"Homer,will you PLEASE stop talking about the children's graves?"
(Also,I believe Homer once stated that he "somehow, always imagined the kids dying in the living room")

Many of the fake films/infomercial's etc. that you never see (or only catch a glimpse of/hear in the background). There are so many good ones, but to split it into three caterogries:
Troy McClure films:
- The President's Neck is Missing
- Christmas Ape Goes to Summer Camp
- Two Minus Three Equals Negative Fun
- Suddenly Last Supper
'Ernest' films:
- Ernest Goes Somewhere Cheap
- Ernest Needs a Kidney
- Ernest Goes Straight to Video
- Ernest vs the Pope
Miscellaneous films or film parodies:
- You're in the Matrix, Charlie Brown
- Honk If You're Horny
- Too Many Grandmas (heh heh heh)
- My Baby is an Ugly Man
....and the good thing about the fictional films, looking at the list, is that even after the decline of the show, they still managed to stay mostly good (like Freddy vs Jason vs the board of education).
Poochie needs to be louder, angrier, and have access to a time machine
"You know what, I could call my ma from up here. HEY MA, GET OFF THE DANG ROOF!"
What the hell are you smiling at?!
Can I play the piano anymore?
Of course you can!
Well I couldn't before.
Every time I watch this, I can't help but cry with laughter. I'm not a big fan of Star Trek, but I have an idea of what it is, and so...
(Marge vs The Monorail)
Nimoy:"Well, it looks like my work here is done."
Barney:"What are you talking about, you didn't do anything!"
Nimoy:"Didn't I?" *Mechanically disappears through some unknown phenomena*
"So, I'm closing up the bar right, and some punk executive producer comes in and tries to stick me up."
"Whatever did you do Moe?"
Well, it coulda been a really ugly situation, but I managed to shoot him in the spine. Ha ha! The next studio he produces at better have a ramp!" - Moe on Al Jean
Homer: You know me Marge, I like my beer cold, my TV loud, and my homosexuals FLAAAMING!

Jimbo Jones: [about Homer] I hear that guy's ass has it's own congressman!
Bart Simpson: I wash myself with a rag on a stick.
Homer Simpson: [takes cap out of dryer and puts it on his head] Mmmmm... I CAN feel three types of softness.
Lisa Simpson: [from upstairs] Dad, what are you doing down there?
Homer Simpson: Washing my fat guy's hat honey!

The Flanders family are trying to get away from Homer.
MAUDE: Ned, can't you go any faster?
NED: Maude....it's a GEO!
Makes me laugh 'cuz a Geo Metro was my first car and the thing only goes 80 mph and BARELY can go up a hill-hardly has any pep at all!
"I call the big one bitey."

I never understood what was so funny about that joke.
